Well located for our journey. The staff were really helpful and considerate. We had a nice conversation at times. We intended to stay for one night . Because of evening meals and good nature of staff , we stayed three nights. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

We liked a lot cozy home of Viviane. The interior is simple, yet elegant, with many French details reminding beautiful moments of her life. We felt trully as guests in her home with such pleasant treats as bagettes, butter and home-made confiture for breakfast.
We also enjoyed an evening walk in the beatiful neighborhood.

Great apartment, exactly as described and met our needs perfectly for 2 nights in Caen. Arrival instructions/photos made it really simple to access both the secure parking and the apartment (via self serve lockbox).
Well located for local facilities (groceries, boulangerie etc) and we enjoyed having breakfast on the private balcony - even in the huge thunder storm on the first day it was dry we enjoyed having the doors wide open.
We were able to leave our car behind to explore Caen highlights on foot (a simple 2km walk to L'Abbaye des Hommes), but there is also a bus stop directly outside the address for those who may not want to walk.
A very peaceful stay...almost no noise from the surrounding area.

Good centre for touring WWII sites. Very interesting half day visiting US beaches and cemetery arranged through the Memorial Caen, also easy to get to Sword and the Commando Museum using public transport. Castle good to walk round. Other interesting old buildings. Good selection of restaurants.

Only in Caen for one night but what we saw looked very nice.Plenty of bars, restaurants and shops around the hotel which itself located near the railway station.
Would certainly go back and stay longer.
