We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Red Doorz. It is a good, low budget hotel. The location was fabulous and on the water front, and we had easy access to the heart of the town on foot. We had an amazing view from our window over the water. Walking distance to warungs, fast food and coffee unlike more expensive hotels up the hill. Whilst I agree with previous reviews that linen was stained, it was obviously clean and freshly laundered, and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean and had hot water, and the aircon worked well. Would definitely choose again.

El desayuno es buenísimo, muy completo, con leche que no es fácil encontrar y opciones dulces y saladas, cocinan un arroz diferente que sorprende tras el habitual arroz cocinado al vapor y su tortilla es muy rica. además, se tomaron la molestia de cocinarnos comidas típicas el último día de nuestra estancia a modo de despedida. Conocen muy bien la zona y van a recomendarte lugares siempre acertados teniendo en cuenta tus preferencias y tratando de ayudarte a encontrar la opción económica más conveniente. Luwuk bien merece varios días para poder conocer y disfrutar lugares increíbles alrededor que merecen mucho la pena, gracias a Ika nuestra estancia fue muy especial, ojalá podamos volver a visitarla pronto. A pesar de tener que trabajar, nos atendió rápidamente y tuvimos la suerte de poder contar con ella para acercarnos con el coche a varios lugares. Gracias!
