The cleanliness of the room and hotel, food was excellent, all you can eat helped lol.The staff was very professional....they was very detailed in everything...paid attention to your complaints and was fast at resolving and responding to it. Big shout out to Dania, Stacia, Nicole, kelvin, Meliva, and the buffet supervisor... sorry, I forgot people names....but everyone in the buffet section was nice...

I rate this a 1000/10. Its a must stay. The staff is very friendly, warm and accommodating. The entire place is a gem on it own, it's very clean, organized and welcoming. Suited for couples romantic night outs etc. I would most certainly book again.

Full working kitchen. Room can feel hot as is normal in Caribbean. Plenty of fans. Good shower and toilet. Very big a spacious Host is very nice and friendly

The host communicated swiftly and came to a great length in helping to book and advice on transport. This was particularly helpful for a trip with limited time available. Kitchen appeared very well equipped, although did not use it very much.

Situated in Castries, within 2 km of Vigie Beach, Multigen-Lip of the City Escape offers accommodation with air conditioning. This apartment features a garden. Fabulous host and apartment. What a delight meeting Utirus. It's worth staying here just to meet him and his family. He has a genuine interest in his guests and will look after your every concern. We talked on all matter of subjects and I learnt a lot about Saint Lucia's history and customs. Great communication with Utirus in the lead up and very clear instructions on the ins and outs in the apartment on arrival. Easily the most affordable accommodation locally. The apartment has everything you need; fully self contained. Good air con, Netflix, comfy bed and pillows and a great shower. It's a 10 minute walk into the heart of Castries and a short walk to the large Massey supermarket.. Safe, interesting neighbourhood. Five minute drive to the Castries airport. But as always, the best establishments have the best owner/managers and here Utirus excels. Advice on what to do, good conversation and a top stay is guaranteed. Thanks for taking me to the airport and offering to do it for free.
