I was here with my family for 2 nights and our entire stay was memorable. The owner/ manager was extremely friendly giving us insight on the places for us to visit around in Ampara. The food was exceptionally good and well prepared. The hot butter cuttlefish was a dish to die for. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Looking forward to visit here again.

We arrived after a long and stressful drive by tuktuk and felt instantly at home! The hosts organized everything for us and were very helpful and caring. Great value for money! If we ever come back to Ampara, we'll definitely stay there again.

VERY well maintained property, gorgeous gardens, lovely pools, and the accommodations were spectacular. The food was delicious and lots of choice. The staff were all very friendly, helpful and accommodating.

Was taken both ways to boat tour at 6am. Charged $30USD for the boat tour which is extremely reasonable. The accommodation was great even though it's on main road it was not noisy at all. AC and hot shower. Bathroom clean. Was nice to have large separate living area with kettle and tea. There is a washing machine also. Really comfortable bed and long too with no wooden end. Had an amazing breakfast made by Mum which accommodated my food allergies. Was recommended to go to archeological site only 200 meters down the road which was really interesting and the trees and natural vine swing was cool too. One of the best places I have stayed. Definitely recommend

The room and property are clean, nice and comfortable. The breakfast is delicious. The owner is a husband and wife and they couldn't be more hospitable. They have a dog and cat, we love animals. They bought them out when we asked it we can see and play with them. We would return here again. I highly recommend staying here if your in the gal oya area. Really nice people and stay.

Charitha also arranged the boat safari and vedda museum visit for us, hassle free and everything was taken care of. The family has been very kind to us and also trusted us with a local bank transfer for the stay cost, when we ran short of cash. Also we had the best Sri Lankan food here. :) Sambol was incredible!

This is a little gem and was one of our favourite stops in Sri Lanka. It's also right by the entrance of the national park which made our sightseeing convenient and easy. Bandula and Anousha are lovely hosts and go out of their way to make you comfortable and help organise your sightseeing. Our room was spacious an very clean and comfortable.
