My host was amazing and even with other visitors I did not feel like it was crowded.

The room is very cozy and located inside of a lovely colonial home at a convenient place in downtown Noumea. The bed and pillows are super comfortable, and there is a fridge and microwave available. Owner Valerie was kind and welcoming. She even took me on a little driving tour of Noumea, including snorkelling at the beach! Fluffy cat Simba adds even more cuteness to the place.

Nathalie was very welcoming and the accommodation was very well appointed. Thoughtful, and lovely, additions made it comfortable including beatiful lamps, a great range of quality towels, a microwave, cutlery and tableware and if you wanted to cook a BBQ as well. The view from the balcony was exquisite but I didn't use the pool as I went out for most of the days. It is in a very safe residential area and there is a store with lots of items only a few minutes walk away. I had a car so wasn't too bothered by the distance from the main areas of Noumea but there is the N5 bus that goes past the accommodation but it only runs from about 8am to 6pm.
