Overall, our stay experience was very good. We had a restful sleep - great hotel for an overnight stay. The club lounge was a plus - we enjoyed the afternoon snacks, and breakfast was lovely. Thank you to Xavier, who was very kind and helpful during the afternoon snacks and to Nok at the breakfast. Online check-in and checkout were a bonus, too. We would definitely come back.

My friend booked me a room on July 15th, 2023 & I had no idea that I would have an amazing experience staying at Ambassador Transit Lounge T2 in just less than 6 hours…
I was welcomed by Mr. Veloo, a super friendly, enthusiastic and helpful man at around 8.50 PM.
Then I let him know that I needed to have a meeting at 9 PM then he did what he could, to make sure I could run my meeting smoothly and comfortably.
He also made sure I had my dinner right away after my meeting, for the buffee was going to be over in an hour.
(Too bad I forgot to take a picture with him since I was in a hurry…)
Then since his working hour was over, he introduced me to Mr. Steven, bless him, who was AMAZINGLY thoughtful, kindhearted and generous, to help me.
He truly went above and beyond with everything he did to make sure I could have a good rest and proper meal since I arrived there pretty late.
He’s very professional and made me feel at home and comfortable…
I really felt welcomed and treated as a family by Mr. Steven and Mr. Veloo…
What a pleasant and memorable stay I had with Ambassador Transit Lounge T2…
It also had good choice of dishes and also great ambience…

Location and Transport
Changi Airport is Singapore’s main aviation hub, and can be found 11 miles (17 kilometres) northeast of Marina Bay, the capital’s Downtown. To get there, travellers can hop on the MRT train, changing at Tanah Merah Interchange. Trains run every 10 minutes. Alternatively, you could take the 36/37A bus, which stops at all terminals and runs every 10-12 minutes, or a taxi from outside Arrivals.

Those love the nature, quiet and peaceful place will be happy to come here. Really peaceful. They also have lots of seafood restaurants and fresh cooking. Delicious. Not fussy person, I think it will be good to come here and escape from busy hectic life schedule in town.

We found the city very easy to get around, the food amazing and the diversity impressive. There were many interesting cultural sites, great running trails, beautiful green spaces and every modern amenity of a big city. It was not overwhelming, or loud, everything was clean and in good working order. There's beautiful architecture, both historic and modern and we also took day trips to Malaysia and to Indonesia. Both are easy to get to by mass transit or ferry. We were afraid things would be expensive but in fact, we were easily able to eat terrific food, seaside, get around the city and enjoy ourselves at reasonable prices. I particularly liked the Botanical gardens, the National Gallery and the amazing hawker centers which dot the city.

Many restaurants available nearby hotel, so the traveller guest can select the place according to his/her individual choice of food. I generally used to eat at restaurant OSMAN OR restaurant HABIB. Try to have some Food/Beverage at Restoran BANAFEE Seri Alam near TODAY's mall. One can buy fresh fruits and other necessary shopping at TODAY's mall nearby. Pharmacy shops are available nearby in walking distance, which is very good. Possible for the travellers to connect to other cities in Malaysia from TBPG (Terminal Bas Pasir Gudang).

The weather is draining and everything is very spaced out. Shopping is good if you are a millionaire. Would think a two day stay would be more than enough.
Enjoyed Raffles Hotel, but again as well as two Singapore Slings coming in at a whopping $88 dollars they then add a 10% service charge . Very expensive for Joe average. If you had children on holiday with you it would be hard to walk around in such heat and humidity 🙃

An absolutely superb hotel. All the staff we encountered were pleasant, polite and always eager to help. Our room was very spacious, well appointed and extremely comfortable. Breakfast was amazing, very extensive with so much choice. The hotel is a great option for a one night stop over at Changi Airport.
