Featuring a bar and free WiFi, The Kensington Hotel is set in Ann Arbor, 3.2 km from University of Michigan. This 3-star hotel has air-conditioned rooms with a private bathroom. I found it a perfect place to spend a few days in Ann Arbor to visit my daughter studying at Ross. The staff are very friendly , while not invasive of privacy. The rooms are spacious and well fitted. It counts with a nice gym and indoor pool. In my view it offers an outstanding quality-price value. I will deffinetly stay at the Kensington in my next visit to Ann Arbor. Thank you for making me feel at home.

Hyatt Place Ann Arbor is situated 3 km from University of Michigan. It offers free WiFi and an indoor pool. Each room is air conditioned and equipped with a flat-screen TV. room was clean, modern, had a tv. Hotel is close to downtown and restaurants, not a walking distance tho. Breakfast was poor. We went out and had a breakfast somewhere else. Reception guy wasn't friendly. However, online check out was nice.
