The staff was incredibly nice at all times. The location is perfect and very safe, the metro is a mere 10 minute walk away and we were able to move comfortably. The rooms were spacious and the bed and pillows were nice.

The shuttle drivers were prompt and courteous. The restaurant staff was courteous. The hotel was spotless and quite beautiful, really. It was an oasis in the middle of a late night crisis at DULLES.

Great reception, wonderful receptionist, had issues with my card payment and she was very helpful and helped me had it resolved , nice lady God bless her
