My tire was punctured, and the beautiful woman at the front desk was very helpful in helping me find a tire repair shop and arranging for me to go downtown, very nice girl! The driver from Croatia who took me to the airport LRT station took me to the shop to buy glue for the repair of the tire, and also helped me mend the tire, so friendly staff, very grateful!

"By Wyndham" is always my chose in US. The room was nice, receptionist was nice. It's close to the airport. I can't say anything about the area, because I didn't left the hotel because I was there just for one night. TV works fine, everything was clean. Service was nice too. In reception they have coffe.

Room was clean and had all facilities, including coffee maker and even tea bags. I was orriginally stayingnat the double tree hilton. I was not happy at all with the service or the room there but the staff and desk were rude so i called the crowne and booked last minute was provided early check in and the service was teriffic. Friendly helpful and i enjoyed several short conversations with staff and guests i believe the staff set the mood for the afternoon guests snd it caried into the night.. i would like to thank the management and staff for an excelent save from the hiltons bad service attitudes and not a happy hotel to great stmosphere snd enjoyable place.

Close to airport, quiet location, great value for money. Pretty basic, small kitchenette (not equiped with any plates knives forks plates cups etc.). Had cheap coin laundrette which was a bonus. Reasonable sized room.

The service team at the reception did an outstanding good job! I rarely had such a super awesome experience with the service while I was travelling. Also the rooms were perfectly clean and surprisingly quiet compared to its location at the airport.
