The staff were so lovely when I came in exhausted from travel. I had to work remotely from my room and it was a very nice and comfortable set up. I used the gym and it was quite nice. It is in a great location, only 5 minutes away from Sea-Tac terminals. The friendly team at the front desk was always helpful. I was traveling with my service dog, and the hotel had a great field out of the back door where my dog could relieve himself. It is a great hotel for people connecting in Seattle and for people with pets.

Just need a clean place near the airport since our flight came in late. Shuttle was easy to use. Bed/ pillows were awesome. It may be that we were tired coming in but it was just what we needed. Water pressure was awesome in the shower too! I can see how the height of the shower head would be an issue for people on the taller side, but I am assuming that is a common issue for tall people.
