The hotel is in immaculate condition. Everything is clean, everything works, and the staff are extremely helpful. The room was comfortable and warm (I stayed in winter), with an air conditioner. Everything was clean, and there were no funny smells. The bathroom was spotless and the shower had plenty of hot water and high water pressure. The bathroom floor is heated as well. Breakfast was tasty and the staff worked hard to make sure everything exceeded my expectations. I ended up staying an extra night to relax, and will undoubtedly stay again if I return to Urgench. I've stayed at a number of places throughout Central Asia and have never been so comfortable.

We had a fantastic stay here. We arrived with our bikes in carton boxes and we were given a very big room where we could mount our bikes back together. The air con was great, as was the wifi, there was a big bed and the staff spoke great English and were very helpful.

A very nice stay in a new and comfortable hotel, not too far from the airport. The staff was very very kind and helpful, giving us suggestions for the dinner and a ride to the airport.

Was in a great position, on the bus route from Khiva and opposite the bus station. The staff were very accommodating and after a 10 minute wait, gave us our room around 10.30am. Plenty of hot water. A short taxi journey from the airport.
