The small hotel is in a central location, quiet, friendly & helpful staff, decent continental breakfast and a pleasant terrace with views. Two friendly cats were a bonus.

Just got home to a very cold and wet England. Had a lovely week here immaculately clean. Fabulous location. Close to all bars restaurants and the beach although there is quite a lot of steps down to the beach. There is a lift back up if you walk into maspalomas. Fantastic weather 37c yesterday. Want to book for next year but found out these apartments are being taken over so I am unable to book sadly. However I'll keep trying. Would highly recommend these apartments. Word of advise take you're own dishcloth and fairy liquid and dishwasher tablets as non provided.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Everything was simply exceptional — from the attention to detail to the quality of service, nothing was left to chance. The rooms were impressively spacious, extremely comfortable, and equipped with high-quality amenities that made the stay even more enjoyable. The pools were absolutely stunning — just the perfect atmosphere: not crowded, but far from feeling empty. Exactly the peaceful, relaxing vibe I was hoping for. Overall, a top-tier experience that exceeded my expectations in every way. I woul definitely return.

The Paradisus by Meliá Gran Canaria - All Inclusive’s overlooks San Agustín beach. It offers a spa, fitness centre and 4 outdoor pools, restaurants, bars and a garden. Free WiFi is available. Amazing stay from start to finish! The staff were so friendly and helpful, especially at reception. They even kept in touch during the stay and shared info about events, which was really thoughtful. The food was delicious at every restaurant. The pool area was always spotless, and the service was great. Housekeeping was excellent, loved the little chocolate on the bed each night! The spa was super relaxing with really professional masseuses. One of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had!
