Receptiin staff, private villa with pool, quiet location of the resort away from the hustle areas, breakfast, facilities. It was the best stay for us of all the times we have traveled to Tenerife.

This my first time trying all inclusive and it was such a great experience. The pool was heated and the view was amazing. The Staff were so friendly and kept making sure we were alright. Always on hand to fill our drinks when needed. Breakfast was incredible especially with the view and everyday a pastry chef would make something special for us to try. We would eat at restaurants most nights but the Buffet in the main building had plenty of food. We were overwhelmed. It was nice to try new types of foods that you wouldn't normally. Our room was gorges and even when we checked out they looked after us up until we left for the airport.

Hotel AF Valle Orotava je 4hvězdičkový hotel, který byl kompletně zrekonstruován, a nachází se v centru města Puerto de la Cruz, 10 minut pěšky od pláže Playa Jardín. It is so central and very clean. Staff are wonderful especially Jose on reception. Mu elderly father in law was with us and they treated him very well. The breakfast choice was very good and the pool and bar area was lovely
