I have stayed at Towe House a number of times previously. I really love this property, right in the heart of Fort Kochi and only a few minutes walk from all the best cafes and restaurants. The rooms are heritage, so don't expect standard modern rooms. But they are comfortable and everything works fine, including air-conditioning. The pool is great and breakfasts are excellent. Staff are lovely. Highly recommended! Tip: all the rooms are different and each has its own charm. First floor rooms are better though. We stayed in Beiganza this time and loved it. If the hotel isn't fully booked you could ask to look at some of the other free rooms, though be aware they are priced differently!

I would like to compliment Kiran Gowda, the concierge, he is so deficient and a wonderful person.

Overlooking Cubbon Park in Bengaluru CBD (Central Business District), this modern ibis Bengaluru City Centre - An Accor Brand offers a restaurant, rooftop bar and rooms with great city views. Breakfast together with the service was above expectation. We enjoyed both the traditional Indian breakfast and the semi European one. All the staff were very polite and ready to assist during the service. Names remembered are Mr Ramesh, the Chef, Mr Summit, in the restaurant and Mr Deepak from the kitchen were always responding to our requests. settled. As for our room there was a confusion when we reached the hotel but soon everything . We enjoyed the rest of our stay. The front office staff were all kind to us. It will not be wise if we do not mention Mr Adithya, Mr Tukaram for their continuous support to us. Being a HR Consultant myself in the field of Hospitality I strongly believe that they deserve to be recognised as highly performing staff a special. Mr Shrinivas, Mr Vishal are also very good. The Security officer Mr Birajit does his job with passion.

Restaurant is infrornt of resort, so dis not faced any issues for foods. Our Pets too enjoyed in this resort.
