He helped with locating a suitable car park and drove us to Valley of the Temples, we caught the bus back with no problems, he have us a kettle for the room on request. We had the best meal we've had in Italie at a restaurant Nuccio. Highly recommend.

The food at the buffet and restaurants was incredibly delicious — as a vegan, I truly appreciated that they prepared special meals just for me, thank you so much! The staff were very friendly and never intrusive, it was a pleasure to talk with them. The bars and cocktails were also great. Wi-Fi worked perfectly across the entire resort. I also really enjoyed the spa experience. Additionally, the hotel app was very convenient — it made it easy to check schedules, book restaurants, entertainment, and room service.
