Everything was amazing. From the location, to the staff and services. Highly recommend it, although better to book it with an all-inclusive package as meals in the restaurant can be a bit pricey. We didn't use the pools, but there three options, being one of them a bar pool. An agenda with daily activities is available and you can easily access the schedule through the RIU App, which is quite practical.

I believe his intention was to rob us. The guard quickly closed the gate and told him the police were going to be called and with that he departed quickly. I reported it to the police the next day and will be sending them my video footage from my car.
