The receptionist was so kind and friendly. The room was comfortable, there was everything you need in the kitchen, everything was a little old but clean. The pool is huge! A great value for what you pay

My sister, her boyfriend, my boyfriend and I spent 2 great days all inclusive at this place. Great selection of alcoholic and soft drinks are included. I was very surprised that cocktails were included as well. There were always a good selection of food and all of it was delicious. The staff was amazing. Always very helpful and friendly. They work very hard. There is a pool and live music every night. Definitely recommend this hotel

The personal very friendly and helpfully, especially the reception and the room cleaning people. The surroundings was very good: The Apricot Bar with live music nearby, the shops, supermarket, nice restaurants. Easy and quick to reach downtown via the steps.

Great little place. It's quiet, got everything you need. Bed is very comfortable. There is a pool too. Really nice place and the owners very responsive, polite and organised.

On entering the door to the property and being greeted by Lutz, I was transported into an oasis of total calm and relaxation. The villas are thoughtfully arranged among lush and colourful gardens, and my villa seemed especially private. I had the most wonderful view to the sea a few hundred metres (and about a 40 min walk) below. My villa was exceptionally comfortable and well-equipped, and the kitchenette was very useful. The breakfasts, combining German and Canarian elements, were simply delicious. The two pools were lovely and had great views. I found the hospitality just right and had a great stay. The property is a 20 minute walk to the nearest bus stop, providing easy access to Puerto de la Cruz and Tenerife North Airport (each about 20 mins by bus) and Santa Cruz.
