Location - Centre of Richmond next to the river, couldn't be better. Room - Large, very modern, clean, with lots of useful features like hob, fridge, microwave, toaster. Staff - Good service quality, helped with all my requests and didn't need any prompting for things like room cleaning.

Wonderful wonderful wonderful...or as they say in London - BRILLIANT! Incredible location near KENSINGTON PALACE, very kind staff, and incredible accommodations. Beautifully appointed, spacious, with views of the park, we were thrilled at the apartment. They even left some provisions in the kitchen for us to enjoy. Could not have been happier.

A really nice place to stay both for short and long stays. Unfortunately stayed for just a night but I definitely see myself staying here for much longer in the future. There were so many interesting facilities such as a private cinema which I did not get to try during my stay. The property had a very clean driveway, and the staff were very attentive and courteous. Proximity to Sainsbury's and Waitrose was fantastic. Harrods isn't that far away, and Cromwell hospital, a variety of restaurants are a stone through away. Basically, personally this is an ideal property for vacation with family.

The luxurious Cheval Knightsbridge apartments are within 5 minutes’ walk of Harrods and the Victoria and Albert Museum.
