The male duty manager was very accommodating. Since I was traveling alone to a new city she endured i was comfortable and got a room with windows not balcony as asked for. I forgot her name but she was very helpful. Hotel is surrounded by a small mall. It's not noisy in the hotel

The service and the staff were certainly the highlight. Nishi was an amazing host and very accommodating. Sam was also really great and welcoming and made great breakfasts. It was truly a very comfortable stay and can’t recommend Kyomi enough. Thanks heaps guys.

The restaurant food was delicious, and Dharvendra, our waiter, was so kind and supportive with our child.
