Staff were so friendly and gave us a beautiful room for our anniversiary. Vittoria and Maria were especially lovely. Wonderful facilities and the view was incredible - the pictures didn't do it justice! Location was also really great - peaceful and perfect for a quiet getaway.

We had a great stay here. The property was clean and very functional. The staff worked exceptionally hard to keep the place clean, the pool was one of the cleanest I’ve seen. Close to shops and town, further from the beaches but we used the free bike rental to cycle to a different beach nearly everyday, all a few km away. The best bit of the apartment was the friendly, helpful and always on hand staff.

Very nice location and beach. The property is very nice and family friendly. With a rental car it is perfect.

White sandy beaches lie just 400 metres from Residence Fenicia, which provides a heated outdoor pool and free WiFi throughout. Villasimius is 1 km away.

We‘ve spent 3 nights at the Residence Fenicia, this place is perfect for longer stays, provides everything you need in the apartment and at the common areas. The seaview from the poolbar is absolutely dreamy. The flowers and palmtrees give a beautiful tropical ambience, the photos are not lying. The staff is lovely and helpful, the rooms are perfectly set up and they even provide beach transfer although is not a long walking distance. Next time we definitely stay at least for a week, had a super experience!

A 5-minute walk from the sandy beach of Simius, Le Bouganville offers an outdoor swimming pool surrounded by palm trees and Mediterranean plants. All accommodation offers air conditioning.

Hotel was welcoming ,safe and comfortable. Big clean swimming with lovely BBQ area. Great location , supermarket cross a road. Everybody was super friendly and helpful, especially Fabrizio what a lovely pet we had to pleasure to meet in the reception.

Our room was clean and apartment style, which we love! And the aircon worked great, thank heavens! The staff was so incredibly friendly and helpful and gave some really nice recommendations that we tried. The pool side was INCREDIBLE! We were able to go up and get drinks and snacks by the bar from bartender Thomas or Roberta and bring them down to enjoy by the poolside. Some hotels won't allow that but I have to say it just makes the whole stay. We had long beach days and came back for pool hang and some refreshments and ended up spending more money at the bar because we could just chill with the feet in the pool. Their cocktails were banging, I had 2 pina coladas and they were the best I've ever had. They also had umbrellas that we could borrow down to the beach for free which was such a winner. During high season the paid beach chairs are so expensive. They also have bikes that you could rent but we thought it was a little bit pricy so we ended up walking. The nearest beach is literally like 4 minute walk. They town of Villasimius is about 35 minutes walk. But so worth to visit. Please note that everything is dead and closed until like 21:00 and restaurants open often at 19:30 but will barely have a soul in them until much later.
