The accommodation was modern and well-equipped with everything we needed, including a washing machine and fridge. Staff were also very helpful and communicative which made check in/out incredibly easy. Love that the doors are key codes so you don't have to carry your key around with you when out sightseeing. They have given me an outstanding service. They clean my room everyday and give me clean towels. I have all I need they are very accomodating. the staff are soooo kind and very respectable. Hoang Nam Thu Thao is very kind and assisted me during my stay. The place is near at the dragon bridge and the Night Market. A lot of coffeshops around. Great for walking.

We loved the hotel and the staff. The room was spacious, very clean and cosy. The staff was extremely kind, caring and helpful, they asked us every morning whether we have everything or we need something. The wifi was stable. We also tried the pool on the rooftop, it was very nice. The whole atmosprehe of the hotel was friendly. We also had breakfast and we found it delicious and plenty. We were satisfied with the location, there are groceries, restaurants and cafes nearby. It takes about 5 minutes on foot to get to the beach. All in all, we had a really pleasant stay in the hotel. :)

They checked me in quickly and made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
