Located in the heart of upscale quiet residential Providencia, Heidelberg Haus offers self-catering apartments with WiFi in a tranquil area of Santiago. The building was immaculate and modern. Our apartment was tidy and clean. The staff were cheerful and very helpful. The location was good, in a nice neighborhood. We walked to nice restaurants without any safety concerns. Would definitely staying here again if we were in Santiago again.

This fantastic apart-hotel came to our rescue when we had been let down at the minute by another provider. From the moment we booked, they were responsive, friendly, professional and kind. The apartments are spacious, really well equipped and sparkling clean. We were able to book a couple of different sizes which accommodated our family group exactly. The area is quiet and safe and the street outside is convenient for being picked up and dropped off by cars. There is a great casual dining restaurant next door and a convenience store and a gorgeous bakery nearby. We all enjoyed our stay here - and would definitely highly recommend it and would choose to stay again. We’d award more stars if we could. Perfect! Thank you for taking such good care of us.

We slept in the room with 2 single beds which was clean and comfortable. Tea and coffee provided. Cozy sitting area with lovely views of the garden and Eugenia's cute cat. Very quiet area. Very close to a large shopping centre and train station in a lovely area of Santiago.

"Select by Time" offers exclusive and comfortable apartments, large spaces where we will always be attentive to the comfort and relaxation of guests, in a quiet and residential environment in the best... A last minute booking that was more than adequate for our stay. Helpful staff, clean room albeit with a shower that managed to leak all over the floor due to a silly design. No complaints
