This was a wonderfully positive experience. We booked this as a quick overnight stop on the way back to Rome after a few days in Sicily. Our decision was based on proximity to the airport. The house, recently renovated, was stunning. Beautifully finished and clearly much-loved. We were upgraded upon arrival to an enormous suite with linving, kitchen, two bathrooms, a bedroom and a huge terrace with views of the mountains and the sea. The staff were tremendously pleasant, prepared a delicious breakfast and went the extra mile to make sure that we felt welcome and comfortable. The suite was spotlessly clean and equipped with everything we needed to make the stay really special. The house is two minutes from the villlage centre. We had dinner in town at Frank's Pizzeria which was also really decent.

The room was absolutely spotless, beautifully designed, spacious and everything felt brand new. It also had a kitchen which made the stay very comfortable. Everything was easy and stress-free, and Fabrizio is such a kind and welcoming host. Bagheria is a perfect base – safe, with a lovely local atmosphere, close to the beach in Aspra and with great connections to Cefalù, Palermo and the airport. As a tourist you really feel well taken care of here. Highly recommended – we would love to come back!

My husband and I had the immense pleasure of staying at Fortaleza Charme House a couple of weeks ago. This was a fantastic experience, both before and during our stay. Before our stay, I have been in contact with Francesco for different questions and he was always very responsive and very friendly. During our stay, both Francesco and Giovanni were very helpful and also very friendly. We were staying in an apartment on the first floor with balcony on the city side. The apartment ticked all the boxes: spacious, natural light, comfortable bed, great shower, small but functional kitchenette. Daily cleaning was outstanding and the staff was always smiling, even though we were leaving our room a little late in the morning. The location is absolutely perfect, in a quiet area, a five minute walk from the lively Ortigia. Thank you Francesco and team for having made our stay absolutely memorable!

Great, I would say luxurious apartment. It is many times more beautiful in person. Super, super comfortable and clean. Two separate bedrooms, a living room, and three whole bathrooms 🫢, for three girls with long hair...wooow....a dream! where to start...The location couldn't be better, 6-7 minutes walk from the majestic Duomo and the beautiful square of Ortigia. The little streets are just lovely, I couldn't wait to get up and go out on the terrace with a cup of coffee (coffee machine at your disposal) and watch Ortigia wake up. Unbelievable! Three incredibly charming terraces! The bedrooms are super beautiful, comfortable, with lovely bedding As soon as you enter, you can feel the desire of the owner to make his guests feel comfortable. Everywhere smells wonderful. Super professional welcome, with all kinds of recommendations for the city, parking, food, entertainment! On the second floor there is a kitchen with everything you need (we do not cook) , and a huge terrace with a dining table and even two sun beds 🥰... Nothing you need is missing! If the apartment is free, don't think, you might only regret if you don't rent it! Matteo is super responsive and kind! Thank you for the hospitality and the kind gestures you made for us!
