Conveniently located in the heart of Flic en Flac with access to exceptional beaches, great restaurants and public transport system. Compared to similar accommodation it is good value for money. Direct walk to the beach through the cemetery takes a few minutes. After 17h00, it is a slightly longer walk +~500 metres. We enjoyed heading over to Oasis Restaurant located close to the apartment as one can use their pool facility, rinsing off after a hot day at the beach. Some parts of the beach has lots of coral but we found a few favourite spots we would head back to.

Exotica Sense is a fine little bunch of apartment type holiday lets. I think there were 12. You get a comfy bed room upstairs with the bathroom and an open kitchen dinning living space downstairs. The kitchen is a little limited but there is enough to do a breakfastor simple meal with a single hob, microwave, kettle pots pans and cuttlery. The shower did not work one time which we think is due to water pressure but for the rest of the time it was good. There is good gated parking if you have hired a car. The swimming pool was kept nice and clean and outside is a pleasant place to sit with regular birds visiting the garden. The beach is really close as are some good restaurants. Staff were all lovely and will help you with anything and the night porter always liked to say hello and have a chat. Not the poshest place in the world but it is clean happy and the price makes it a bargain.

Personál ochotný. Rodinný pokoj s kuchyňským koutem byl po renovaci a prostorný. Kuchyň dobře vybavená - varná konvice, mikrovlnná trouba, indukční plotýnka, nádobí. Snídaně pestrá, chutná - vejce podle objednávky, sladké (palačinky nebo croissant), jogurt, ovoce, káva, čaj, džus, samosa nebo jiné místní speciality, párky, + na přání udělali čerstvý pomerančovou šťávu. Ubytování je sice dál od pláže, ale měli jsme auto, takže jsme mohli projít Cascade Tamarin i Cascade 500 pieds (obojí doporučuji, byla to nádhera). V hotelu jsme byli už před 2 lety (tehdy v ještě starém rodinném pokoji), líbilo se nám a rádi se zase vrátíme.

The room exceeded our expectations—a large balcony with transparent railings and ocean views, a small kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and dishes. The hotel warned us in advance about construction work on weekdays, but we didn't even hear it. There is a bar and two restaurants downstairs, and music was always playing, but it didn't disturb our sleep because they closed at 10 p.m. (several times at 11 p.m.). There are also many cafes nearby. The beach is across the street, and the sunsets are amazing! Special thanks to the administrator Bipin! He is a professional and a very good person. He always helped us with all our requests. He was always ready to help. Our flight home was late in the evening, and the hotel management allowed us to stay late because it was a public holiday, the reception was closed, and we had nowhere to leave our suitcases. That was very nice!
