Asked a carpenter to stop working - it was loud- when we arrived back to our room. We didn't make this request, he just did it. He allowed us to check out late with a very very small fee. Instructed the moto-taxi driver to help us with our bags at the port. So kind and joyful, always smiling.

We stayed just one night after our Amazon trip. We were very tired and looking forward to relaxing and having a nice shower and food. The man at the front desk (I’m really sorry I didn’t get his name) couldn’t have done more for us. There isn’t much in the area in terms of food but he rang a take away pizza for us and organised our order and let us know when it arrived. The shower was warm (a really pleasant surprise) and shampoo and soap were provided. The room itself was clean and comfortable with a smart tv for Netflix. Breakfast in the morning was served upstairs with a lovely review of the city. Breakfast was small but very tasty and the ladies preparing it were very friendly.

Must have stayed in dozens of hotels and motels. This one is probably my favorite. The rooms are clean, well-equipped, and modern. The staff was both very helpful and professional. Thank you for an exceptional stay.
