Great apartments for a 3 generation group of 5. Spacious and clean - activity/games areas were great. Buffet breakfast was great to fill hungry teenagers All staff were friendly and efficient. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

This place was incredible. The location is fantastic, the mid-century modern decor is stunning, our room was impeccably clean. The hosts were super helpful and always available, their communication is excellent. It really feels like they thought of everything, the room is filled with small comforts we didn't expect, like a vinyl player with a couple of albums (Sam Smith, Billie Eilish, The Eagles), they also provide coffee beans and ground coffee with a variety of coffee making equipment. The bed was comfortable. The bed sheets were incredible, it felt like Egyptian cotton. All in all we loved our stay here and we would book again in a heartbeat.

I prefer homestays over hotels, I like to discover authentic places with historical heritage. Great location, walkable distance but always can opt for a bike, it is the fastest way to move around D1 or in general in Vietnam. Was silent which is a great asset. My room was 2nd floor. The hosts (Binh, Minh) were helping out with finding the homestay, it is not that easy at first try. Very helpful. They provide also pictures. Very friendly.

Near the airport, staff is very friendly and accomodating. Check-in and check out were easy. Lots of services like laundry and water (for a small fee)

Fabulous team run this hotel, it’s location is relaxing in the middle of the busy city. Lovely swimming pool, next to a fabulous coffee shop that’s open very long hours. The apartment itself is very clean, spacious, modern with refreshing air con. We’ve booked again already for our last night in Vietnam as it’s close to the airport.
