The place is welcoming and pleasure. The rooms are big and comfortable, the kitchen is well equiped. The staff was nice and helpful, and made sure that we are good. The location is great- just a few minutes walk from the old city, with restaurants and shops around, and 1 min walk from the river.

This has been the best place we’ve stayed during our trip through Asia. The staff goes above and beyond with their service. The location is perfect—on a quiet street but only a 2-minute walk to the center. The room was clean and stylish, and the facilities were excellent, including the option to borrow bikes for free. Absolutely nothing negative to say.

It has taken me some time to figure out what I can say about our experience at Charm Champion. Because after staying in hundreds of accommodations in over 60 countries, this might be the most special of them all. Why do I say this? The people. Thi and Tu made our experience. Their kindness, warmth, and friendship were the highlight of our entire time in Hoi An. They were like two aunties to our daughter, great friends to my wife, and always available if I needed anything from a motorcycle to a driver to a recommendation. It is these two ladies (and Thi's daughter, Linh, that we miss the most). The location. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood on the north end of town, it provides both easy access to all of the sites with a serene, quiet solitude when you want some quiet time. Walks in the rich paddy were less than 100m away. And the cafe across the street became our favorite morning ritual (with excellent coffee and a beautiful family than owns it). The room. We had the top floor "penthouse", which was dreamy. We had a small kitchen in a separate room, a day bed by the window for lounging and playing, a big shower that opened to the bathroom and the balcony, and a huge outdoor bathtub that fits a small family and overlooks the morning sunrise over the paddy. This place is truly one of a kind. In many ways, our trip to Hoi A wouldn't have been nearly as special without it. And as we were leaving today, my wife and I agreed that Charm Champion was our favorite accommodation we have ever experienced in our lives. Thank you with all of our hearts, Thi, Linh, and Tu. We loved the location - just a stone's throw away from the old town. It was such a pleasure to stroll or rike a bike to and from. The apartment is on a quiet street surrounded by great cafes and authentic eateries always full of locals. and the pool is such a bonus !

Staff extremely nice. Comfortable rooms. The swimming pool is big and nice. Location is perfect, few steps from the beach.

Marvelous Homestay Hoi An se nachází v destinaci Dien Ban a má restauraci, sdílenou kuchyň, bar, zahradu, celoročně otevřený venkovní bazén, terasu a výhled do zahrady. I feel so happy and lucky that I had the chance to stay in this beautiful place with such a warm-hearted family! They welcomed me so kindly during the severe flooding, and instead of staying just one day, I ended up staying three. I would have gladly stayed longer if I didn’t have a flight to catch! They treated me to the most delicious homemade food I’ve ever tried in Vietnam — so rich, diverse, and incredibly healthy. Everyone was so kind and friendly, always doing their best to make me feel comfortable and at home. It even happened to be my birthday, and they surprised me with a beautiful cake and a lovely celebration! I was so deeply touched by their love and care that I truly felt like I had found a family. I’m already looking forward to visiting them again when I return to Vietnam. Beautiful, clean, and fully equipped apartment with a stunning sea view. Located inside a 5-star resort, so the atmosphere is peaceful and perfect for a relaxing getaway. Just steps from An Bang Beach. The host was very responsive and helpful. Friendly staff, professional service. Great value — I’d definitely come back!

Lots of space in the 3 bedroom apartment. Pool was lovely, staff was friendly . Location was out of the way, but we liked the peace. There was construction next door, but it was during normal working hours.

The location was perfect. The owner organized a snorkeling trip just for us. The prices are more than fair.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for nine nights, and from the very beginning we felt truly welcomed. The spa is located downstairs, so every time you enter or leave, you’re greeted warmly by the kind staff. The apartments are just upstairs, which makes it really convenient. We had a spacious apartment with two large beds — the room felt modern, comfortable, and had almost everything we needed. It was a nice surprise that room cleaning was available whenever we wanted: fresh towels, a quick tidy-up, and it always felt refreshing to come back to. We even decided to extend our stay by one night because we were so happy here. The value for the price is excellent. It honestly felt like home. The location is perfect too — plenty of restaurants nearby, all within walking distance, so you don’t even need a motorbike. On top of that, guests get discounts at selected restaurants and for the spa services downstairs, which is a lovely bonus. Overall, a very positive experience. We’re really happy we chose to stay here and would gladly come back again.
