A new family house on the edge of a village, surrounded by cows, sheeps and chickens. And geese. Let everyone decide for themselves whether this is an advantage or a disadvantage. We liked it. The house isn't quite finished yet, which was scary at first, but the guest rooms upstairs are completely finished. We had a long and delicious Armenian breakfast.

Everything about Tsovasar was fantastic!! The staff was very friendly and always available and they were very friendly. The food; breakfast, lunch, dinner, (the whole menu) was exceptional, the home made lemonade, fresh green-tea, breadbasket, and even the lunch box they packed for our early departure was delicious, tasty, soul-food!! The vibe, atmosphere, location, facilities, apartment, views, and quite everything was fantastic!!! As a family of 4 (with 2 young kids) it was a place where we made the most beautiful memories!! We were very happy to stay in the place. It has everything you need, warm blankets, kitchen, washing machine, proper shower. It was clean and tidy. We were two people but you could easily be four. Very friendly and helpful owners. Totally recommend!

The staff was very accommodating. I had a baby and needed the kitchen fully functional to heat milk and prepare soft foods. The staff immediately arranged everything we requested. The room was neat and clean, and there was a children's play area outside where my child enjoyed their stay. I plan to return in April during the spring season.

The host was very prompt in response. The room wasn't warm enough and they offered a portable heater. It would be better if there is floor carpets or some inside slippers done.
