Very good stay. Quiet ,centrally located and able to leave my luggage before the check in time. Bed and sofa were comfy and pleasantly surprised with the complimentary bubbly ,water and chocolates in the fridge. We only stayed the night so was unable to enjoy it. Would stay again if given the chance.

The whole hotel is very clean, well maintained, modern. The room is spacious, new and modern furniture, kitchen and bathroom appliances, electric outlets in the right places, there is even a safe. The beds are comfortable. The air conditioning works very well, in March we could make the room warm in no time and it works without any noise. Location of the hotel is excellent in terms of sightseeing and traveling inside Madrid (located between the Metro stations of Sol and Opera).

Nice building tastefully restored in a delightful square. All close (market, many restaurants and shops, pharmacy, etc). An excellent property with large spacious rooms, fully equipped kitchen, and an amazing location right at the centre of Madrid, 50m from Puerta del sol (0km point in Madrid). All the major locations are within walking distance or accessible by metro nearby. The host (Maria) was super warm and gave us early access to the apartment! Would definitely recommend to stay!

Nice studio in central and convinient location. Helpful staff, coffee machine in the lobby of the hotel. Very, very comfortable bed and large, well equipped bathroom. The room is big enough with a sofa and a dining table and the soundproofing is extremely effective. The room was cleaned every day.

We were able to walk everywhere. It was a studio apartment. We had everything we needed, for short stay. It was very clean and bright, the beds were very comfortable. We were near a few supermarkets for essentials. The caretaker was very helpful and allowed us an early check in.

The location was ideal to reach most points of interest in 30 min walk. The flat was clean. There was equipped kitchen (not fully). The shower cabin was good enough so that no waters drop on the floor. In general it was a clean, functional and comfortable apartment for a short stay.

I must say that the flat was amazing, making it a great holiday apartment for two persons or a couple. I chose this place primarily because of the elevator, as I was traveling with someone with limited mobility. The apartment itself was lovely, spacious, and well-appointed, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The interior was tastefully decorated, and it offered a cozy atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The kitchen was well-equipped, allowing us to prepare our meals when we didn't feel like dining out.

Great location, has all the facilities required for a short stay. Close by to madrid attractions, walking distance to shops and restaurants. Very clean and modern apartment with air conditioning.
