Without much exaggeration, you could say that this spectacularly furnished studio is a sight in itself. The centrepiece is the bizarre wallpaper, a mixture of rococo and twenties style. Everything is compartmentalised down to the last detail and functional at the same time. The entrance is both a little adventurous and a bit off-putting with all the pigeons. But once you have closed the door behind you, you are in a tiny paradise right in the city centre while being surprisingly quiet at the same time.

Beautiful apartment, comfortable and secure - situated down a quiet side street located near the town centre. We had everything we needed for a short self catering stay but were spoilt for choice with nearby cafe's and restaurants. There was a Lidl in the shopping centre close by. Everything was within walking distance. Apartment was clean and quite spacious, plenty of room for 3 adults.

Great location. Two minutes from a park ideal for your dog and about 10 minutes walk to centre of Rennes. Easy access to supermarket as well. Nice studio appartment with small balcony and nice view over garden and river. Everything you needed was provided and it was easy to settle in a be comfortable for a couple of nights stay. Parking just outside the block of flats. Fred who met us was friendly, helpful and explained everything we needed to know.

Modern, well equipped studio apartment close to Rennes Station/Metro and a 20 minute walk from the town centre. Tucked away off the main road so nice and quiet. Close to some excellent restaurants. Keyless entry system. Great communication from the host - really helpful and answered all of our questions.
