The ambiance of appartment was so comfortable.. we really liked it. We were girls so regarding security it was really good ... it was neat and clean and cossy specially the centre room view and placement of that small sitting seatty it was nice... even we felt like home and placed the pictures on walls lols...

I reached the hotel with my family last night but the hotel was closed while these people have kept their hotel open on Booking.com. If you want to humiliate the customer in this way, then you should close your booking or update the people. I also contacted the property's contact number which is written on it but the number is closed. My experience is very bad. Kindly, whoever goes to stay here, first confirm with the property whether the property is open or not. Don't go by the reviews.

The view was amazing , everything was exceptional , i was not expecting this much comfort but it exceeded my expectations , the owner is a very down to earth person and the care taker guy bilal was excellent, the owner accommodated me very well which is very hard to find in these areas. I highly recommend this place and will go again every time i visit bhurban.

I recently stayed at an apartment in Murree located very close to Gloria Jean’s and Second Cup, and the experience was truly enjoyable. The location is great — everything is nearby, and Mall Road is just a few kilometers away, which made it easy to explore the area. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The view from the apartment was beautiful, adding a peaceful vibe to the stay. The rooms were spacious with fresh bedding, and the environment felt cozy and relaxing. The staff was also very good — cooperative, polite, and always available whenever we needed anything. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. Overall, it was a wonderful stay.
