A luxury vila for the whole family, clean, spacious, cofortable, new and a nice small private pool on the roof for half the price the room in a nearby resort costs. It really deserves a 10 as there was absolutely nothing wrong and whole family was super happy to stay here.

The Place is extremely clean, well maintained, in exceptional condition made our stay more enjoyable. We felt at home as the Apartment had all modern amenities which made us felt like we were home.

Staff was friendly and helpful. We eat breakfast and dinner there every night for five nights plus drinks. Dinners were very good but the breakfast was outstanding. The price for food and drinks was very reasonable. Room was clean ac worked perfectly.

We were a group of 12 people and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is beautiful, every room is different and incredible. The staff, especially Marsha, Jose and Jady, were so helpful and kind. Every need was met. We had delicious meals, great drinks and they helped with excursions and transportation. The amount of detail was amazing. The fresh flowers throughout the hotel and rooms were beautiful. The location was perfect. Just a short ride to town but right on the river to feel isolated. We can’t wait to come back!

A true gem, within the rough.. true natural jungle experience with first class facilities, food and staff.. I have no complaints.. and I will return even if just for a relaxing day around the pool and some 5 star food. My special mention to Norma the chef, Rob the bartender and Glad GM. Well done folks.. No noise from streets or next door rooms. The posted facility pictures are real. Very clean and almost new towels and bedding sheets. No bad sewage gas smell that is fairly common in Central America hotels. Good AC and fan. Good kitchen suitable for people like us with diabetes care needs. Each room is stocked with its own dishes, cups and silverware. Easy check in process. They definitely delivered the promised facility and service. Good information was provided. When I reported the TV controller not working after checking in, they immediately offered us to change to another room with good working TV. I extended my stay for one more day there because of the good conditions. The conditions and services are much better than most hotels in our nine countries Latin America this time at this price range.
