We were picked up from the airport and returned no problems. The meal we had at the hotel was amazing.

The room and sofa are very comfortable, the shower is good, and it is very quiet. Location is great, 10-15 minutes walk from Tianfu Square or the Chunxi shopping area (and the associated metro stops). Lively neighborhood with local eateries and shops. Service is excellent: you can stay in touch with staff with WeChat; staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, and we loved the little attentions (including the fridge magnets 😊). Amazing place, in particular considering the price!

The property is around 12 km from Wuhou Memorial Temple, 13 km from Tianfu Square and 13 km from Chunxi Road. The accommodation provides a 24-hour front desk and parking on-site. Great hotel, the rooms are vey spacious and the beds are massive! Staff were very responsive and helpful, they even kept my suitcase in storage while we went away exploring other places until we returned to Chengdu. This was my second stay at this hotel, and won't be the last, highly recommended!

This recently renovated apartment is located less than 1 km from Wuhou Memorial Temple and 2.5 km from Tianfu Square. Every room is fitted with a terrace with views of the garden. Great location - there's lots of fantastic food vendors around and a DiDi (Chinese Uber) to the downtown area will only cost you ~$1.50. The streets are bustling at day but will be almost empty at night - but it always felt safe regardless of the time of day. The hosts were super friendly and accommodating, regularly checking in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. They were always available whenever we needed help and gave us a ton of great recommendations too! In a way, Arthur's Roof-Top felt like a bit of a HUB for tourists and expats coming to Chengdu. The apartment felt very spacious and clean and came equipped with all the amenities you'd expect. The somewhat rustic outside of the building definitely wasn't reflective of the cozy interior. Don't be surprised if the hosts ask you to pay via Alipay or WeChat - this is common practice in the PRC and in accordance with Booking's ToS. You're definitely gonna need those apps once you get to China! Also, you're gonna have to check-in at the local police station upon arrival. The whole process didn't take long and the hosts already had everything set up for us. The cops at the station seemed very friendly and even apologized for not knowing any English. All in all a great experience - I got nothing to complain about.
