From check-in to the last caipirinha at the bar, you were always attentive, relaxed and genuinely warm. You turned a normal business trip into something that felt personal and memorable. One of the highlights of my stay was watching the Copa Libertadores final between Palmeiras and Flamengo, in the lobby. The team invited me to join them, and for a couple of hours the hotel felt like a little Maracana in Frankfurt... even though my team lost... (congratulations to Flamengo fans!) it was a lof of fun - great atmosphere, lots of laughs and friendly football banter.... and I have to admit: Duda's special Flamengo shirt (a commemorative one) was really beautiful... even if, in my heart, nothing will ever beat a Palmeiras shirt... ;) So, you create exactly the kind of atmosphere that makes guests want to come back: a mix of Brazilian warmth and German reliability, with smart design and quiet comfort. Ein herzliches Dankeschon!
