The owner was extremely nice and helpful, we got a really warm welcoming, with small treats here and there for us as well as for our son. There is a small fridge with welcoming drinks; antique crockery, choice of teas and coffee; an electric teapot and cutlery. There are TV screens in each of two rooms. In the bathroom, there is everything one needs for a comfort stay. The mattresses are thick and tight, blankets are warm, carpets on the floor with a nice shabby pattern. Great idea with toilet night light! Very convenient.

Set in Zingst, in a historic building, 35 km from Wasserburg Heldrungen castle, Schloss Zingst is a recently renovated apartment with a seasonal outdoor swimming pool and garden. We stayed in the main building, which is awesome, but as I understood from reviews not all rooms are located there - there is another smaller, but also nice house just nearby. Two bedrooms apartment is huge, with a kitchen and sitting area - perfect for families. Staff is super friendly!

It was absolute perfection: fully equipped kitchen, beautiful bathroom, comfortable furniture and bed. Washer & dryer in building (with pods). Large TV and stable internet. Two A/C units (main living area and bedroom)...a luxury in Europe! Just ENJOY and soak in every little detail! This is how holiday rentals should make you feel... special and welcomed!

You have a view to Wernigerode Castle from the bedroom. The windows are all new and very good sound insulated so you do not hear any traffic when inside.
