This place was a great find in the middle of a very interesting little town full of culture. Also for some reason this town is not affected by the power cuts so 24 hours of electricity. I highly recommend.

The subway station was only about a 3-minute walk away, which was very convenient. The room was very clean and comfortable. I was surprised that there was no water in the fridge, but there was a water dispenser in the hallway that we could use. I had to leave early for the airport, and the receptionist kindly booked a taxi for me. It cost around 11 USD and was very helpful.

Suites+Arte se nachází ve čtvrti Mariscal Sucre v destinaci Quito a nabízí zahradu. Parque El Ejido je 1,3 km odtud a Divadlo Sucre 3,1 km. The place was really clean and comfortable. The staff were amazing! They let us leave our bags in storage when we went to the Amazon. Twice we had to wait in Quito for night buses. They let us wait in the hotel after checkout which made our stay so much more comfortable. Would highly recommend this place!

Nedaleko odtud se nachází. we stayed in a room 1003, the view from the room was amazing. we enjoyed the view every morning and night. The room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Shower has a good pressure with hot water. The location was nice, street in front gets busy in rush hours but it gets quiet after 8pm. There was a laundry room with two washers and two dryers in the building for free of charge so it was very helpful because we got some dirty clothes from the hikes in rain .It locates in a safe area and there are many good restaurants and supermarkets within 5 -10mins walking distance. We walked around late at night a couple of times and never felt unsafe. We'll stay here again for sure next time we come back.
