Cristina even offered us a bottle of wine for our one night stay that was so considerate after a rental car broke down, delayed on our trip etc. A very lovely warm welcome and stay. We were there in May so at night it got a little chilly so it was nice to have those of an extra layer at night and for watching TV at night. Also, while we were there, my wife became very ill. On the day we left we decided to go to a hospital. She speaks decent English, but not good enough for us to communicate about a hospital. She had her brother call us who speaks better English and it was very helpful and very nice. She even texted that afternoon to check on her.
