The apartments are 5 minutes’ walk from the Puente de la Bolas Bridge and 15 minutes’ walk from the San Jose and San Gabriel Castles. You can drive to the ferry terminal in 5 minutes. Lovely aparthotel in a great location, super clean with a sea view. 2 minutes walk to the beach, supermarket, cafes. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. This is our second visit and we will be back again.

Spread over 2 floors, all apartments have a balcony with garden views. There is a living room with a sofa bed, safe and TV. The private bathroom comes with a hairdryer, and the kitchenette includes a fridge, microwave. We went for a mini break and knew the location very well so it was ideal for us. It exceed my expectation- Rosmar was lovely , very modern & clean, poolside was lovely and Nicola in the cafe was fabulous, even told us about some lovely restaurants. I would have no hesitation in recommending the hotel and we will return.

What I liked the most was the accuracy in the small details. The owners left a water bottle, some snacks, coffee and teas, earplugs for us. These are the things that make the difference to me! Everything was neat and clean, the wide terrace overlooking the volcano was excellent!

And store it there if you went out. Ana could speak English well and helped me along with my Spanish. We had useful conversations. It was relaxing and a safe heaven after a day with my pals hang gliding. Ana's mum was attentive even though she didn't speak English. I felt like they couldn't do enough for me. She even checked on me when I left to ensure I got to the airport on time.
