The house is new, clean, and well-equipped. Monika is a superb host - everything was handled quickly and easily. She responded very promptly and effectively. A car is necessary to get around, of course, but parking is convenient, as the lot is within the fenced yard. The view from the dining room and terrace is very pleasant. There were many beautiful butterflies in the yard, and the sky view at night was very nice.
