The apartment also seems to be brand new so everything worked, so it wasn’t old and dated. The owner has taken extra care in making sure that everything you need is there it was great. There was even a washing machine which we never used so it may have been a clothes dryer too… I’m not sure. There was various pots and pans and crockery, glasses etc. plus also a coffee maker that takes pods (they even provided 4, for our use. The bed was super comfortable too and we had a great nights sleep. Shower was excellent with good water pressure. Excellent WiFi connection too. A full fridge freezer was there too.

"Everything" - this place has got all the things you would ever need - it's very clean - very comfortable - there are little things all around the place, that makes you realize, that the host has gone out of their way, to make your stay as comfortable as possible - even though breakfast isn't included there was juice/cold bottled water in the refrigerator - snacks in the cupboard - oil to cook with - herbs/spices etc. - kitchen was fully equipped - everything worked - there is a main balcony and another smaller terrace to to side of the apartment - very comfortable - excellent host and a great location.

Situated in the centre of Olbia, Nuova -Luxury Rooms & Apartment- is a recently renovated accommodation, which features soundproof rooms. With garden views, this accommodation offers a patio and a swimming pool. Boasting family rooms, this property also provides guests with a picnic area. We had a wonderful stay here. Nuova is situated in a great location just a few minutes walk from the heart of Olbia and within easy access to public transportation- even so it is a quiet location. The rooms are modern, bright, airy and extremely clean. The swimming pool is pristine. The whole complex is very well maintained and looked after. The host, Andrea, was most helpful and made some great recommendations in relation to sights and restaurants. We will definitely stay here again!!
