Accommodation for disabled guests is also available at the property. From the start owners were great to work with. They promised a squeaky clean property and they delivered. It's a great location only about 1/3 mile from center of Kona. With included parking it was easy to hop in the car to go exploring. We loved the lanai so much, we sat there with our morning coffee just loving the view! Thank you for such a lovely property.

I loved the location, as it offered a quieter option to all the chaos going on in Kona town proper during race week. Super close to a grocery store and restaurants and Kahalu'u snorkeling beach. The complex also had a wide variety of amenities for those staying there!

The studio is large and cozy, everything was spotless, the bed large, the bathroom modern and charming, and the kitchenette well-equipped (including organic locally grown coffee and a variety of high-quality teas). There is a wonderful garden surrounding the apartment. But the real highlight was the hosts. Upon arrival, we were introduced to their cat (who happened to be celebrating his 13th birthday that day) and treated to delicious chocolate truffles and even half of their first homegrown dragonfruit of the season – which was absolutely delightful! Mahalo – you made our stay exceptional and made us feel truly welcome and at home. Fully recommended!
