Apartment was spacious and clean, with a washing machine and dryer which we really needed while traveling with a young child. Kitchen was well stocked. While it was more pricey per night compared to the airbnbs out there, we did not want to face issues with sudden cancelations or the apartments not looking like in the pictures. Also able to pay with card, no problem. Deposit was quite high at 5 million dong but reverted once we checked out and they checked the room.

The property also offers accommodation for disabled guests. I've had a long stay here with my family, so I'll have very detailed reviews. First, the apartment I received was very clean, and the staff provided a total of 6 towels during this long stay. The next in the lobby is very beautiful, decorated with Christmas decorations early on. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils, including bowls, chopsticks, and spoons. Everything I need for my long stay is there.

We had a great view, no noise at all as the window and door are insulated. Staff was very responsive and allowed us for early check in. Very comfortable bed, I slept very well. I was truly happy with the river-view balcony here. Every afternoon, I opened the door to enjoy the cool breeze and watched the sunset — it was so beautiful and relaxing. Since I left the door open for a while, and it got dark, a few mosquitoes flew in. But luckily, the room had a nice, calming scent from essential oils, was super clean, and there weren’t any bugs except one or two mosquitoes. The kitchen was amazing — beautiful and very well-equipped. The way the furniture was arranged made the space feel tidy and practical. The location is also right in the center, which made me feel secure during my 1-week stay. I didn’t have to go far to find food or drinks — everything was just downstairs. The room had everything I needed. I really recommend this place. You’ll love the space as much as I did!
