Naprosto ochotný a milý personál. Rádi byli nápomocní a byla s nimi dobrá domluva. Zajistili nám i některé aktivity v okolí za zvýhodněné ceny. Ubytování není v rušné části, tam se dostanete 5 minut pěšky. Rozhodně doporučujeme.

Villa Alessandra Homestay se nachází v destinaci Moalboal a nabízí venkovní bazén, zahradu, terasu, bar a výhled do zahrady. Toto místo bylo naprosto výjimečné, nikdy jsem nezažila větší laskavost a vstřícnost personálu než na tomto úžasném místě, cítila jsem se tam jako doma, nic nebylo nemožné ze strany personálu, snažili se udělat vše co vám na očích viděli. Kvalita kuchyně v tomto ubytování bylo to nejlepší co jsem na Filipínách zažila, není zde nic, co by bylo k vytknutí, jen samá pozitiva. Kvůli tomuto kouzelnému místu, se snad budu muset ještě na ostrov Cebu vrátit ❤️ velké díky patří celému týmu ve Villa Alessandra 🇵🇭❤️

This place was absolutely amazing getaway in Phillipines!! It was so clean, tranquil and relaxing! it didn't have any unwanted noise at night, room had sufficient ventilation and natural light. it really felt like a gem find in the Philippines! Location-wise, it's around a 10-minute scooter ride to local or the tourist town. which is the golden ticket for a tranquil experience! You would need a scooter if staying at this property, as it's not on the main road stretch. A small stretch of road leading to the property is a bit bumpy, but let's be real, most of the local roads are! So, please don't get tricked, as this is no different. staff were absolutely amazing in this place and helpful at each step. check-in and check-out procedures were very easy, even if we traveled at very awkward times (late evening and early morning). Very clean and renovated This accommodation is just a few steps from the water, where you can snorkel and swim! it's not a sandy beach, so make sure to bring your water shoes. they also have all equipment for rent, if needed. to be honest, the beach at this property was much better than the one in town, as it was private and had very clear water. I was able to spot starfish, sea urchins, and fish. We were also able to drive to Kawasan Waterfalls with the scooter (took around 40-60 minutes one way from this property). a really worthwhile journey to take (make sure to leave early to avoid crows, open hours are 5 am-3 pm)! If making the journey yourself, don't go directly into the waterfall to find the guide, instead, you need to make sure to stop at one of the stalls prior to the waterfall (I recommend the one in front of 7-11) and get a guide from there. if you arrive at the waterfall, you can visit only level 1, but not canyoneering. this property also offers tours to Kawasan Waterfalls if you prefer a group experience.

It's like staying at home with friends. The atmosphere is so nice and peaceful. The lawn and garden are just beautiful and relaxing. Teo and Arlyn are wonderful hosts and can help with anything you need. They have scooters for hire and the guesthouse is closer to White Beach than Panagsama where the sardines, bars and restaurants are. The rooms are swept daily and the sheets changed every two days. It is kept immaculate! If you are not sure how long you'll want to stay in the area, book it for a few days longer so you won't have to move. The beds are very comfortable. Very. I slept so well here. They offer breakfast only, not included, and the serving time is flexible. Would stay in no other place. A scooter is a valuable item there.

The first time was back in 2022. The first time I stayed here, my main issue was the internet. I had to do some work and at that time, I was unable to do it because the internet connection was not strong. This time around, their internet has greatly improved. Therefore, I am satisfied with this property. Great location to the beach, has cottages to hold picnics, good for night swimming. Also, the apartment has ample space. The rooms have lots of cabinets and space as well.

The beds were super comfortable, the shower hot, the staff is great, friendly and very helpful with good recommondations. We extended our stay to make our PADI open water certificate at Cebu Fun Divers which is really close by (3min by motorbike or free pickup by Cebu Fun Divers).

Kathleen and her partner were very accommodating and helped me with so much information during my stay! If you’re coming to Moalboal you have to stay here! Would highly recommend

So very much worth the price! Such a great service and kindness of the staff! We got a welcome soft drink and explanations of the activities to do around. The accommodation was very clean. Hand soap and shower soap available. The breakfast is included and you can take it with no time limit! You have different choices and it is sooo delicious! My girlfriend had the best fried eggs ever. Coffea and tea for free all the time. They do the laundry at the hostel. The scooter we rented through the guesthouse was in good shape and good price. There was a handbook with explanations of how exactly to go to the next stop (ex: Siquijor) with durations and prices.
