The staff is amazing✨🫶.. they are very helpful, explained me very well what i could do to discover places like Tayrona national park and Minca, and are always friendly and warm! Also they have a vegan breakfast option and different vegan lunch/dinner options🙏🏻 The place is located AT a nice beach, and with a taxi you are within 15 minutes in Santa Marta, if you want to discover the city or have dinner there.

Everything was nearly 100%, the staff members from reception, cleaners bar members and entertainment were very friendly, the food was limited but nice, really nice private location, rooms were super clean and spacious. Amazing views.

The staff members who checked me in and showed me my room were super friendly & welcoming. The room was very very clean & spacious and had a lovely balcony overlooking the river. I didn't use the pool but it looked clean & inviting. Excellent location only a few minutes walk to El Zaino entrance. They're happy to store your luggage while you're in the National Park.

Location and facilities are excellent. Room was modern, clean and much larger than expected. Staff were exceptionally pleasant and helpful. For a foreign visitor, the amount of security is a bit unusual especially given I've never seen any trouble on visits to Colombia. Overall, the facilities exceeded my expectations and the price was less than a basic hotel room in London - unbelievable value for money but perhaps I visited in low season.
