The place was fantastic. The handover of the keys with Elisabet went very smoothly, and the duplex itself was excellent. The air conditioning on both floors worked perfectly, and most of the essential cutlery for a short stay was available (though a pair of kitchen scissors might be a useful addition). All the bedding and towels were clean and in good condition. The duplex is located in a quiet area and, apart from the nearby fireworks during the local celebrations in Benicarló, there were no noise issues. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the property included two underground parking spaces, as we had expected to park on the street. The swimming pool was never crowded during opening hours, and the walking distance to various beaches was ideal. A big thank you also to Estel·la for promptly resolving all our questions before and during the stay.

Very close to the beach. The owner explained and showed all the necessaries. Very cosy and comfortable apartment which conteined everything. Near the ball pool what is good solution if the children don't want to take a nap and still are full of energy 🙂 Fully recommended

The location is absolutely perfect – very close to the sea, the city center, cafés and shops. The apartment is well equipped with everything you might need, and the host was very kind and accommodating, even allowing us to check in earlier, which we truly appreciated. There are, however, a few things that could be improved. The area can get quite noisy, especially at night. The cleanliness could use more attention: there was a musty smell, some dishes in the kitchen were not properly cleaned, the coffee machine still had a used capsule, and the shower curtain showed signs of mold. We also used the washing machine, but unfortunately the clothes came out with an unpleasant smell, probably because the machine hadn’t been cleaned or used in a while. On a smaller note, having a couple of small pillows in addition to the large ones would make sleeping more comfortable. With a bit more care for cleanliness and maintenance, this apartment could be an excellent place to stay.
