Wasn't expecting much but this place was our favourite place to stay during our whole trip! The rooms were really spacious and very clean and comfortable. this was important to us as we were travelling with 2 small kids. The staff were amazing, I didn't catch their names but the girl doing front of house and the guy helping at breakfast were so friendly. They even helped out with our baby so I could eat breakfast in peace! The whole property is very chilled and relaxing but f you want more action it's just a short walk to the main road in Unawatuna, walkable or short tuk tuk to the beach. We would have extended our stay if we had more time. There were a few negative reviews about breakfast but they've clearly upped their game, lots on offer and very delicious! We loved the egg hoppers. Thank you

A very personal family driven small hotel with high service and care for the guests, both the owners and the manager Seneth. The breakfast was excellent with a various off dishes and the room large and well designed. The bathroom contains a Jacuzzi. The distance to Unawatuna beach is a 20 min walk and the Jungle beach can be reached with a Tuk Tuk within 15 min.

This spot has a great location on the tourist street. Every amenity for vacation is walkable — especially the beach. Rooms are comfy, with A/C and hot water bathrooms. They give amazing breakfast with tender eggs and fresh fruit. I loved the atmosphere and service. Highly recommend

Great place to relax, 2 minutes of tuck tuck from the beach. Rooms and the exteriors are just top-class. Very good restaurant as well. It has been our best stay in Sri Lanka by far.
