This trip was fantastic from the moment we stepped out of the airport where we were greeted by a hotel limousine. The room was perfect and the view was spectacular. The pool and proximity to the beach just right and the staff were so kind and helpful - the service could not be faulted.

That collective culture makes all the difference. At Horizon Restaurant, special appreciation goes to Shamim and Mark. Their service was thoughtful, intuitive, and gracious — never intrusive, always present. Dining felt unhurried and human, the way it should. This stay was also a resting and recovery day for us, and the care shown during that time deserves special mention. I am always vigilant when it comes to my wife’s wellbeing, especially in moments of emergency or vulnerability. The staff — particularly one extraordinary gentleman of Nepalese background (I regret forgetting his name) — went above and beyond.

Located on the shores of the Arabian Gulf, overlooking its own private natural bay, Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental, Abu Dhabi is situated on 1.3 km stretch of private beach. It was luxurious and beautiful- a real wow factor! The staff were all amazing and friendly and always there and accomodating for my family’s needs. Just a beautiful place.
