Staff were great: Selvia called me before I arrived and checked on plans, whether needed pick up etc. So could order pick up from airport immediately etc. Very warm welcome. The facilities are incredible, the beach and pool areas are stunning and the staff are exceptional. The little details where they provide iced water and popsicles by the pool is great. The included breakfast buffet is spectacular, has everything you could ever need and more for breakfast. The rooms are lovely, spacious and well presented.

Arabic style hotel and good facilities. Ms Hu at reception was really hospitable and helpful. Good view of Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque from the beach which was amazing. Great experience of Abra boat.
