One of the best hotel experiences I’ve had; beautiful facilities, modern luxuries, nice staff and the most comfortable bed and shower. I’m obsessed with the decor too, every detail is attended to perfectly.

Attention to detail with no stone left unturned. Luxury with a lovely vibe. Here’s to hoping that the hotel, with it’s increasing fame, doesn’t follow the same path as other luxury Caribbean resorts, becoming sickeningly expensive and unobtainable

This hotel was absolutely beautiful, the staff were very attentive, the hotel was always kept clean and pristine, the room was so spacious with lots of amenities. It felt like a luxurious stay and would stay here again.

The staff at front desk was very helpful, Sergio assisted me with everything I needed during the stay, Mayra de Avila also called to the room and checked if everything was up to standard.

The staff is so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, the hotel provides a lot of options, delicious food. The location is good, a couple of blocks from the beach. The only thing is that on weekends the noise from the chivas rumberas could be annoying.

Shekinah House se nachází u moře v destinaci Cartagena. Pláž Marbella se nachází 500 metrů daleko a Cartagenské vodopády 1,3 km. I had a great stay! The staff were very kind and helpful, always ready to assist with anything I needed. The place was clean and well maintained, and the location was perfect — the city center was easy to reach. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.
