Very good location, nice spacious room and terrace. Guillaume arranged our transfers from/to ferry, early breakfast before our departure and had recommendations ready for restaurants, tours and activities, maps and books on the area and Cape Verde were available. We appreciated the care taken to conserve water and energy, reduce waste. Bonus: the best restaurant in town, Caleta is couple of minutes away.

If you passed by Paul you definitely have to stop here! The location is very nice, the room was clean and well decorated. The owner is very nice and kind, she helped us with the planning of our trekking. The food was also great as well as the overall atmosphere!

We were met by Lieve at the Ferry Terminal, she arranged a rental car and guided us to the villa (10 minutes from the Ferry Terminal). Lieve and Geert went out of there way to make our stay as comfortable as possibe. The Villa has been built by them with an eye for detail. The villa is very spacious, 3 spacious bedrooms, each with a toilet/bath room, in two of these rooms next to the double beds bunkbeds for two kids. In living room an additional seperate toilet on top. Also a spacious kitchen with everything you need. The swimming pool is covered every evening so it stays warm (28 Celsius). Very important in winter months, we were at some other places where swimming was only for the brave (24 C) or even unbarable (20 C).

Casa Au Bonheur des Randonneurs se nachází v destinaci Ponta do Sol v oblasti Santo Antão a poskytuje balkon a výhled na město. The appt is really huge - 3 bedrooms, spacious dining room, kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the tableware and cookware. However, the shops in Ponta do Sol are really tiny, so if you're travelling by car I'd suggest to do your grocery shopping in bigger villages (e.g. we've found a relatively big shop in Ribeira Grande) or even before departing Mindelo, especially if you want to purchase alcohol. Anyway, if you don't want to cook yourself, there are several cafes/restaurants nearby, but I suggest to book the place for dinner in advance, as the best places are fully booked. Good wi-fi, plenty of parking place on the street nearby, key is left in the locker box, so you don't have to worry about time of arrival. The host is very sweet and helpful - she has sent all the precise instructions on whatsapp in advance and it was very easy to contact her anytime.

Isa was always making sure that everything was going well and even made sure to book all the activities for us. Really good food as well.

Really sweet and accommodating hosts, the setting is otherworldly, it really feels like being on a different planet being surrounded by such a volcanic landscape. Peaceful sunrises with the singing sound of a couple buzzing bees and incredible sunsets, not to mention the night sky filled with stars. The house itself, situated just outside of Porto Novo, is beautiful and cosy too. The beach is right at the bottom and you can walk to the center by it.  We immediately booked another night here for our return to Porto Novo.

Oasis Paul Residencial se nachází v Paulu a nabízí zahradu a terasu. Wi-Fi je zde dostupné zdarma. Všechny pokoje mají balkon s výhledem na hory. Standardem je vlastní koupelna. The family running the hotel were so wonderful- they were smiley and helpful, helping us to book taxis, giving us advice about hikes & transport. When accommodation at our next place didn't work out they happily allowed us to stay another 2 nights. The views over the mountains, tropical plants & coast are breathtaking, and the inner garden courtyard where the rooms face is full of banana & breadfruit trees as well as tropical flowers. The breakfast is big & varied day by day- the view from the breakfast roof terrace room is stunning. They gave us tinfoil to take the sandwiches we had made from breakfast on our hike with us.

Música do Mar se nachází v destinaci Ponta do Sol a poskytuje bezplatné Wi-Fi. Tento penzion má terasu a výhled na město. Na jídlo lze zajít do restaurace a na skleničku do baru. Personál byl velmi milý a nápomocný. Prodloužili nám ubytování o dvě noci bez obtíží a rádi vždy nabídli pomoc. Pokoj byl čistý a prostorný. Snídaně se malinko obměňovaly, takže se nepřejedly. V okolí je dostatek restaurací a obchodů.

Cap-Azul se nachází v destinaci Porto Novo a nabízí celoročně otevřený venkovní bazén, bezplatné Wi-Fi a neplacené soukromé parkoviště pro hosty, kteří přijedou autem. Gorgeous property in an exceptional location overlooking the sea with a view of Sao Vincente. A great place to catch your breath and relax while travelling in Cape Verde. The breakfast is delicious, the owners welcoming and helpful while respecting privacy and space.
